Let's talk accessibility, any question, any time

We will happily talk to anyone about any accessibility issue, whenever it suits you. No sales script, no obligation. We are genuinely passionate about this work, because getting it right makes things better for everyone, not only people with disability.

Quick answer

Who can talk to ExceedAbility about accessibility?

Anyone. Whether you are a developer stuck on an ARIA pattern, an executive weighing up a compliance risk, a content author, a procurement lead, a student, or someone with lived experience of disability, we are glad to talk it through. Why we will always make time to talk

ExceedAbility exists because we believe digital accessibility is one of the highest-leverage things an organisation can get right. It is the difference between a service that works for everyone and one that quietly turns people away. We care about that, so we would rather have an honest conversation than send you a brochure.

Accessibility is often framed as something you do for people with disability. In practice, the changes that help people with disability help everyone: captions in a noisy office, clear language under time pressure, keyboard shortcuts for power users, good colour contrast in bright sunlight. Designers call it the curb-cut effect. When you build for the edges, the middle benefits too.

So whether you are at the very start and not sure what you do not know, or deep into a programme and weighing up a tricky trade-off, we are happy to be a sounding board. There is no wrong question and no minimum budget for a conversation.

We care about the cause

This is genuinely the work we want to be doing. Advocacy and good advice come first, engagements come later.

Better for everyone

Accessible design lifts usability, SEO, reach and resilience for every user, not just those with access needs.
