- Professional Certificate in Web Accessibility (2016), studied under Professor Clayton MacKenzie and Scott Hollier at the University of South Australia (now the University of Adelaide), delivered in partnership with Media Access Australia
- Bachelor of Communications (Digital Media), University of Canberra (2006), and a Certified Product and Project Manager in PRINCE2, Agile and Scrum, with expertise in product ownership, business analysis and Lean delivery
- Continuous active practice across two major WCAG releases since (2.1 in 2018, 2.2 in 2023): in the spirit of Moore's Law, accessibility tooling, standards and platforms roughly double in complexity every couple of years, so current expertise lives in the decade of delivery since accreditation, not the certificate
- Over 15 years of expertise in usability, web accessibility and digital inclusion, with a specialism in testing methodologies, accessibility audits and strategy development for inclusive design
- Experienced in SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365, and project delivery for government and enterprise

Common questions about ExceedAbility
Plain answers to the questions buyers ask us most often.
Where is ExceedAbility based and where do you deliver?
ExceedAbility is based in Sydney, Australia. We deliver nationally to Commonwealth and state government agencies and enterprise clients. Delivery is 100% on-shore - all resources are Australian - and we are registered on buy.nsw, AusTender, Buying for Victoria and the Queensland Procurement Solution (VendorPanel) for streamlined government procurement.
What does ExceedAbility specialise in?
ExceedAbility specialises in digital accessibility across three practice areas: accessibility audits and remediation (WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549, Section 508, PDF/UA), delivery capability (project and product management, digital production), and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint accessibility for intranets and enterprise environments.
How is ExceedAbility different from other accessibility consultancies?
ExceedAbility combines accessibility expertise with hands-on delivery - we don’t just audit and hand back a report. We manage projects, embed accessibility leads, and remediate documents and code. Engagements are senior-led by named consultants with government experience, not blended junior teams.
Is ExceedAbility approved for Australian Government procurement?
Yes. ExceedAbility is a registered supplier on buy.nsw (NSW), AusTender (Commonwealth), Buying for Victoria, and the Queensland Procurement Solution (VendorPanel) - enabling streamlined procurement across the major Australian government jurisdictions. We also engage through agency-specific procurement pathways including direct engagement and panel arrangements.
Who delivers the work on each engagement?
Every engagement has one named accessibility lead identified in your proposal who stays end-to-end across all stages. Specialists are added for assistive-technology testing, document remediation and developer support as required by scope - never blended junior rates.
