What happens after I make contact?
We respond to understand your goals, deadline and the standard you need to meet, usually starting with a short discovery call. From there we provide a written scope before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
It helps to tell us what you need (an audit, remediation, training or advisory), the site, product or documents involved, any deadline or standard such as WCAG 2.2 AA, and what has already been tried. Even a short summary is enough to get started.
